Boston has been the setting for award-winning films and beloved television shows, and will soon be on full display in our new series, Wicked Single, which aims to the best parts of the city–as seen through the experiences of a crazy group of 20 and 30somethings more concerned with RBV-induced dance parties than settling down and popping out kids. In honor of Sunday’s premiere, our friend Pete Lee at Best Week Ever took some time to explain just why this town is worthy of your attention, and perhaps, your tax dollars.

If reading’s more your style, check out our list of reasons why Boston is simply the best, below.

1. The city is well-caffeinated.

With Dunkin Donuts on nearly every corner, you never have to search too far for a cup (or box) of joe.

2. Patriots’ Day

In honor of Battles of Lexington and Concord–and in conjunction with the Boston Marathon–residents get a three-day weekend every spring. That’s reason enough for me to move.

3. Men can wear Uggs.

When he’s not leading the Patriots to the playoffs, Giselle’s husband is blazing a (comfy) trail for gender equality.

Kristen Stewart reappeared as Bella in the sequel, The Twilight Saga: New Moon, once again receiving mixed reviews for her performance. Jordan Mintzer from Variety called Stewart “the heart and soul of the film” and praised her for giving “both weight and depth to dialogue…she makes Bella’s psychological wounds seem like the real deal” Manohla Dargis from The New York Times said Stewart’s “lonely-girl blues soon grow wearisome” throughout the film and Billy Goodykoontz from The Arizona Republic stated “Stewart is a huge disappointment..*-“^
